To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following policies regarding booking and cancellations:

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

• Deposit Requirement:

A nominal deposit is necessary to secure your future booking. The exact deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

• Deposit Deduction:

The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your services during your upcoming appointment at 25Hair.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• Notice Period:

To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment via phone call only.

• Rescheduling:

Contact us to reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

We do not accept cancellations via email, social media or voice messages as we may not be able to get to these message in time

 

**Cancellation Fee:**

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your account on file or via phone payment.

 GRACE PERIOD 

​

• Grace Period:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We offer a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time.

• Adjustment of Services:

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in modifications or a shorter service to fit the remaining time slot. The full service fee will still apply.

NO-SHOW POLICY

​

• Failure to show:

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the total service cost to be paid on that day.

• Availability:

Rescheduling is subject to our salon and staff availability. Thank you for your understanding and compliance with our policies.
